The biggest concern I have when going to any sort of car mechanic is - Can I trust who I'm speaking with? Yes, everyone I spoke with from estimators to mechanics to managers were friendly and warm. But, to my surprise, the more time I spent with these folks, the more I came to find that they were honest and genuine. They felt my pain in having a damaged car and were interested in charging a fair price, even saving me a buck or two where they could. Should I ever need body shop services again, or anyone in my social circle, I'll enthusiastically recommend they stop by Carstar.

From check in to check out everything was meant to make the repair experience as easy as possible for me. I was kept up-to-date regularly on progress of the repair. Special shout out to Eryn who.provided above and beyond care and attention, even organizing the rental car drop off and pick up so I would not have to worry about hw to get to or from Emterprise. Even though I hope never to come here again 😕 I would highly recommend CarStar at Chamblee to anyone
