Poor quality of service from mechanics point of view, poor communication from the mechanics, no quality check before delivering the product. Amber provided great customer service in the end, with good communication and helping to setup for rental car. She even gave her own new vehicle to help them perform a quality check. Though I was not happy with the other customer service representative who worked with Amber as she was initially rude. Overall I was disappointed as it caused a lot of inconvenience.
