The repairs have been amazing so far. The car does sound a little louder/more whistle-y at higher speeds but I assume that might just be part of a larger repair job. I was missing two floor mats by the end as well.

When I received my car back the check engine light was on which went off the next day but also no window wiper fluid. I do appreciate they cleaned out the inside of the car and outside if one section they could have popped back on the car looks pretty good.

Trans cooling ling thhey installed leaks, Righht blinker does not work, mechanic scratches on top of fender , runs in paint on bumper, Front air dam completely missing (left off) Last time I call they said they where to busy to deal with me. Oh and bubble on sidewall of right rear tire from impact with curb. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I was confused by the estimate. I had 3 estimates done and chose Carstar from the ratings and price. When I picked up the car the first time, there were 2 things not on my estimate that were not done. Both other estimators had included these 2 things. I wish they had explained to me that they were not fully planning to repair all the damage. I had to wait for those parts to be ordered then take the car back to complete the work. I am happy with the work.

The ladies in the front office were rude and did not tell me the truth about my truck. I was told my truck was being detailed and it would be ready in the afternoon. I came in the afternoon and my truck was still missing a part and was not being detailed. When I expressed my frustration there was no apology from the front office staff. Just push back and rudeness.
