I told them the same, the fact you charged for a quote, not acceptable.

You charge me for something totally beyond my control, i.e., you had my vehicle for 3 weeks and had submitted a quote that acutally included original quote creating a scenaria where the final quote had actually charged double in many areas. When I requested to have another company do the work you basically held my vehicle hostage creating further delay. Not good business practices.
