It's always a huge pleasure to find a business that still treats people like people and is understanding of the uncertainties of life. The whole team at this location is stellar. Very professional and personable. Andrew Ko needs to be given special accolades, though! He went above and beyond to ensure that my car would be ready before I left town, even going so far as staying late on a FRIDAY and PICKING ME UP from Enterprise rent-a-car in his personal vehicle to drive me to Carstar to pick up my finished car. I don't know about anyone else, but this is the kind of service and understanding I dearly miss in many of today's businesses and I dearly appreciate when I find it. And to top it off, the work on my car was top notch! If you ever find yourself in need of body work on your vehicle, please please please give this place a call. You will not be disappointed.
