I brought my car here for repairs after a collision. Once I received my car back I notice some damage done to the roof. I brought it to the attention of the manger who passed it along to Thomas Hale, he stated they were liable and offered to fix it. I declined due to there previous . He asked me to provide him an estimate, which I did and he became very combative and unprofessional, stating the estimate is too much. He is very aggressive and I will be forwarding my complaint with Dekalb County courts and BBB

The repair job is well below standard. The paint work is poor and has not been completed properly with overspray and runs. The replacement trim has not been installed correctly and there is excessive glue on the trim. The body work has not been done to an acceptable standard and there are several alignment issues. I have no confidence in this repair location and would like an adjuster to inspect my vehicle.

The repair was late being finished and when I picked it up the team was rushing around to “wipe down” my car as they called it. I took this later to mean attempt to remove excessive glue and possible repair some of the obvious spray defects.

Unfortunately the quality of the repair is sub par. I can still see where the collision happened. The bumper has the same ding it had before the repair and it also is lacking in support underneath. The bumper flexes back and forth with the lightest touch. The paint work has the orange peel effect and it also has new deep and unfixable scratches from where it was sanded down to be repainted. The car is dirty enough to where I cannot see what else may be wrong, but it is very disappointing overall.

The bumper wasn’t fixed correctly, you can still see a small indentation where it got hit. The bumper support is back too far, and the bumper bends back and forth from the slightest touch. The paint has obvious flaws in it, a few fish eyes, it has the orange peel effect, and even a mis-colored spot that is deep in the paint. There is also a spot with permanent scratches from where the car was sanded down to be repainted. Overall disappointing, but it does look better than it did when I brought it in.
