City Auto Body made me wait 3.5 months to do the work, as Jim Falco claimed the shop could not get the parts needed (which I found out were readily available from 1st Honda and City Auto Body's aftermarket supplier), the work done was incomplete/shoddy/unprofessional, then Jim Falco repaired the shoddy work with a piece of tape. Unprofessional and Rinky-Dink to say the least.

City Auto Body made me wait 3.75 months to do the work, as Jim Falco claimed the shop could not get the parts needed (which I found out were readily available from 1st Honda and City Auto Body's aftermarket supplier). The day after I spoke to the Mercury Repair Supervisor, and she talked to Jim Falco, Jim finally called me and told me the parts were in. I guess they suddenly and magically appeared that quickly at the shop. Then, I was told the work would be done in 13 days, and when I checked in after 2 weeks (14 days), the car was still not done. It was then that Jim Falco told me that he meant 13 "work" days. But, the work was not complete in 13 work days, but in 18 work days, I believe. Then, the work was done poorly and Jim Falco tried to repair the damage with a piece of tape. He told me it would hold perfectly. Then, 30 minutes after I reported the problem with the body work to Mercury, I got a call from Jim Falco who left me a message in an angry tone that I should call him. The guy actually scared me because of his annoyed expression. I have completely lost my trust in City Auto Body. Your shop stringed me along for 3 months, then delivered a not properly secured rear bumper to the vehicle, then fixed it in an inferior way, then gave me flack when I wanted it fixed properly. The owner never returned my calls todiscuss these issues and more.
