After performing a damage estimate, the shop promised my Jeep could be repaired and look as perfect as new; this promised was kept! During repair work, any questions I had were addressed immediately and to my great satisfaction. There is way too much to try to explain or summarize. Our truck has been at Schillinger’s location for 5 months. We’ve watched teams get fired and hired and each time we’re promised new things, new time frames, and non sense. On top of all of that, we finally get the truck last week and it’s not drivable! We almost wrecked on the interstate due to the tires not being properly put on. There’s parts even missing! Totally dissatisfied and was told by the manager that there’s nothing else he can do for us. The worst decision we made was entrusting this company with our vehicle after the wreck.

Rude, dishonest, returned my car with broken parts disassembled from my car and placed in the back of my car inoperable. They fixed the dented bumper but broke my tailgate and backup camera and left it all unworkable and piled in back of car!!! Unbelievable to all who saw it!
