I chose Cockrell’s for my car repair because we have used them several times in the past and always been satisfied with the work, as well as the communication and updates on the work, and this time was no exception. The car was ready when they said it would be, and had been checked out by Cockrell’s. I was given the name of another slightly closer business but chose to use Cockrell’s again and am pleased that I did.

A detail was left off of my driver's side door when I was told that my car was ready. I still have not gotten my door finished because I have to find time to make an appointment. The car repair should have been completed before calling me to come pick up my car.
