The work completed on car was great. I was a little irritated that I received several text/emails stating it was completed and ready for pick up. After arriving at the shop around 0930, they informed me the car was not ready. I had to sit in the lobby to wait until approximately 1430. Fortunately, the receptionist kept me entertained.
