The work was done well, and there was constant communication and updates all along the way. Everyone I delt with was polite and friendly, very easy to work with. I had an experience with another body shop years ago, some finish parts were delayed, and no communication from the body shop. Carstar communicated every step, I was never left wondering where we were.
