The gentleman that take care of me was very helpful and have good customer service. I am so sad that I didn't get to asked his name but he make sure my rental was ready so that I can leave my car to be worked on . When I received my car it was cleaned and the inside was smelling so good. Carstar Organe Collision u guys deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great customer service.

The work was good, the staff I dealt with were very helpful, but the automated texts were misleading and caused me an extra trip since it said my car would be done at a certain time and it wasn’t. The staff said they could not be turned off and told me to ignore any texts which didn’t have a staff member’s name at the end
