I had to wait for electronics for a month and it was of no fault of Carstar Collimotive. I didn’t get daily or weekly updates during the process of the dealerships possession and repair, but it’s understandable that they had to source parts.

I do not need a follow up call. My experience was not satisfactory because the completion date was pushed back multiple times and when my car finally was ready, I was notified too late in the day to be able to pick it up before CARSTAR closed for the entire weekend. When I was finally able to pick up my car (5 days later than the initial estimate) I was given the keys to my car only to find my car dead and unable to start. This car has never had any engine or battery issues prior to being in CARSTARS possession. In addition, I dropped off the car with just over a quarter tank of gas and it was returned to me with the gas light on. How was this much gas used and my battery dead when I had dropped it off to repair a minor cosmetic issue?

My second time coming here id recommend definitely so long as they are able to touch up the front bumper and address the shadowing on the cars paint

Car looks and drives great, tho the paint needs to be retouched, front bumper is scratched from stand during assembly and various paint drips.also shadowing across the rear quarter panel paint job needs to be touched up

I pointed out some noticeable flaws on my vehicle during the initial notification that my car was ready for pick up. I was told I could pay them they would call once the part was ready. Nope, I wasn’t doing that so I waited to hear from them.

Repairs were good, however it took too long and I was told that my Palisade was being washed, however it did not appears to have been washed at all.
