Customer service was extremely poor. The man who was at the front desk did not know how to guide a customer through the process. I had to ask many questions, he was mostly unresponsive or clueless. I had to ask several times for paperwork and what next steps were. It was like having to drag everything out of him. Overall very unorganized and to me came off as he didn?t know what he was doing. Lost a lot of credibility in my eyes. There were also many other customers yelling and frustrated for the same reasons. No one could get clear cut answers. I won?t ever take my car here again just because of the service.

Was provided updates when I requested status, wasn't provided unless I asked. Accommodating with pick up and drop off. Customer service person, Orlando, very difficult to talk to on the phone. No energy in his voice!
