First day there, receptionist was very nice and took a look at my baby (2016 GT 350). She arranged a courtesy ride home with tech Colton who was very nice too...I was totally impressed with the customer service at this shop all the way around. From updated texts from Stephanie who was friendly and awesome too! They searched high and low for a new gt350 hood and found one out of Portland or it would have been months to be replaced by Ford Motor Co. Kudos. Thank you. Got my baby back within a month which was outstanding after reading the parts breakdown sheet. Thank-you very much.

Overall the repairs appear to be well done. I was only disappointed to find several soil marks to the interior of the driver side door. I can clean it myself but that just made my experience less than perfect.
