Excellent customer service! Seamless transfer from my vehicle to rental car. My rental was at their shop when i dropped my vehicle off! And the same seamlesness when I picked up my vehicle. Stephanie kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair and I had no doubt it was in good hands. Car Star Cornforth was a comfort in a stressful situation. This was priceless to me. The time frame was accurate, the replacement parts were seamless, they gave me back the car completely detailed inside so it was like new cleaned. It was very easy to communicate with the shop if I had any concerns. The staff was also very informative about the process involving insurance and the car repairs. Thank you for such great service!

Car Star has done a beautiful job repairing my Toyota. It looks beautiful. I have no complaints about the repairs. The staff at the desk was knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They kept me updated as the repair progressed. I picked up "Romona” this afternoon and she was shiny and sparkly.
