Initially told vehicle is ready but it wasn't as a part was missing. So wasted trip to shop. Then still waiting for front grill which is on backorder, could be another month. In the meantime my son needed his work truck so he's driving it without the grill. He said it's runs good n he's satisfied with repairs done. Took a month, a month, to get out of the shop, way too long.

I was told the scratches on my d/s doors would be touched up but when I picked up the vehicle they were not and broken parts were left in my trunk area. Car overall looked great though!!!

It was good but they promised to touch up the scratches on the drivers side and in the end they were not touched up. They also left broken parts inside of vehicle. Communication could’ve been better instead of just texts.

Cori provided us with great customer service! Our vehicle got rear ended and carstar was one of the recommended in network service for our insurance (State Farm) and at that time, they were able to get our car in within two weeks. The turn around time for getting our bumper and electricals for our sensors fixed was about 2 weeks. I think it would have been shorter if the manufacturers made sure that parts were packed securely (some arrived damaged) and also to double check the items recieved in case manufacturers sent wrong items. Other than that, the mechanics did a good job. Can't thank Cori enough for all the updates she gives us! Happy to have our car back! I would definitely recommend and would come back to this Carstar branch (hopefully not anytime soon haha).

Everyone at this carstar were extremely helpful & nice, but I would like to give a special shout-out to Stephanie, she made sure to keep me updated about my car about what was happening since the beginning. And when she noticed something wasn’t right about it she told me and made sure it was fixed before I picked it up.
