The repairs are wonderful but the experience was horrible. There was absolutely no communication unless we contacted you. Our car was there for seven days before you even started it. Yes my insurance paid part of my car rental however not all of it. So therefore I was out another $200 because of the length of time you had my car. I would not recommend your company to anyone. I want to mention that the lady who greeted me the day I came down for a quote, was very helpful and answered all questions that I had.

Repair looks to be done fully and completely at first glance but everything will take time to settle in.

My experience by far was the best I’ve ever experienced with a collision shop. The receptionist. Was not only an absolute pleasure to work with, she was also very knowledgeable and went above and beyond t to ensure the entire process went smooth and stress free. Without her it would have been a nightmare working with the insurance company from beginning to end. Very please with the work that was performed on my Subaru!! And the cherry on top I got my car back sparkly clean inside and out!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is wanting a good quality experience and guaranteed work to be done on your vehicle.

I wasn’t pleased with the back passenger door weld that they said was done by robots. My brothers are welders and I know what a good weld brad looks like. The robot welding is horrible.

When I got my first quote it was higher when I took it in because they quoted on 2 pictures of the 4 I sent so I used insurance and second quote for fixing something out of insurance was higher than the quote they said the day before. I can kinda see the indentation on the finished product
