The shop is fantastic Ryan is just wonderful keeping me updated constantly about my car. The most important thing they used Kia parts which I believe is very important. I was going to get rid of my car after the repair, but after custom 77 returned it to me I have decided to keep it. It looks brand new again. I would like to say the outer look of my vehicle looks great. Once I started driving it not so good I would hear so much noise iv asked to bring the vehicle in to get it look at this pass Friday 12/26 but shop was closed showed me paperwork that it was aligned. I did not feel safe so I took it to Goodyear and they told me nothing looks new that my wheel was going to fall off where the accident passenger side happened so I had to get it fix so I can work. The sway bar and the right ball was repaired at Goodyear and an alignment was done costing me a total of $770, now it doesn’t make noise and feels really smooth to drive. This is something that should of been taken care of or droven before I had picked up since root insurance was covering most of the repairs I waited over 2 months for my vehicle to having to get it fixed myself…the reason I chose this facility because iv seen a lot of good reviews. Sad I had to leave a low rate.
