I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR.I brought my vehicle in after it was hit from behind, and from the very beginning, I received professional and courteous service. I especially want to thank Brian, who was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, made sure my vehicle was repaired properly, and also helped make the rental car process very easy while my car was being repaired. When it was time to return the rental vehicle, Brian also helped me with that process, and I was able to leave it there without any issues. My vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I sincerely appreciate Brian and his entire team for their excellent service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I definitely recommend CARSTAR and would trust them again if I ever needed their services in the future. Thank you very much for everything.

Everyone was very nice and always kept me updated on my vehicle. The work done on my vehicle was top notch. Brian was very nice and communicated well about the status of my vehicle. The car was cleaned out and smelled really nice. I highly recommend if you need any auto body work done.
