I couldn’t have been less satisfied. Zero customer engagement or care about the customer. You only seem to be checking the boxes for insurance. I will never go to your shop again. Ever.

The car looked better than expected. I did it's perfect! Nick and Ernie communicated consistently by sending updates and let us know when the car was ready and were flexible when we could pick it up. I highly recommend Nick and Ernie's.
