Not sure I'll use Carstar again. The communication during the repair was very poor. I did not receive timely updates and had to initiate contact myself to learn the status. This lack of communication created unnecessary frustration and needs significant improvement. Communication was lacking from the very beginning. When my lead mechanic first reached out to start the process, no one followed up to confirm, pickup, explain the next steps, or let us know if we needed to drop the vehicle off. This set the tone for the entire experience and made the repair process unnecessarily difficult. It wasn't until I personally stopped by to get the ball rolling that started the process.
