Everyone was nice and very helpful especially Alex and Anneta. They got me a rental within minutes of arriving. Handled everything with the insurance company seamlessly. I didn?t have to do anything. Very pleasant.

This shop is on a level all their own! Having not been involved in a car accident, in decades, I thought I was in for a nightmare. From dealing with the insurance company, to the rental car process, to the final day of picking up my pickup truck, the entire team at Danrich made this claim experience very painless! Anneta at the front desk is pleasant to speak to, and handles all the paperwork, including the rental car pickup and drop off. It was a pleasure to handle the rental car procedure, right at the shop.
