This is a very clean and well organized shop. Everything went smooth and I am 100% satisfied with the finished job of the door replacement and lower molding replacement. The paint matched perfectly. They would never be able to find a better person to work their front counter than who they have. She is a gem. Highly recommended.

ZERO communication on timeline of the repair. Was told 2 weeks which turned into 3+ Had to extend my rental car 3 times. Was told the car was in assembly on a Friday, then the following Tuesday I get a text saying "Good news! Your car is in reassembly!" Uh, ok? I always had to reach out for updates, you never called me. Yet, now you want a review and annoyingly send 2 texts and 2 emails A DAY. Totally unacceptable.
