Carstar/Davison took care of everything, insurance, return of the rental, even detailed the entire car. It seriously looked showroom new when I picked it up. Communication was excellent as Gail kept me informed and answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied.

Not the greatest experience. Gail and team are helpful but one week estimate turned into over three weeks and I had to call almost every day to find out what was going on. Damage that was done was never fixed and an issue I told them about was never corrected nor even seemed to be investigated. I’ll most likely need to reopen my claim and take it somewhere else to fix.

This was our third time using this shop. The other 2 times were for a different vehicle and each time had to return for additional work/completion. Three strikes - you’re out.

They told me 1 week to 10 days to repair and it took them 22 days to repair. I paid over $500 for a rental above what the insurance company paid for car rental.

I was skeptical of Carstar, because I've never heard of them, nor dealt with them. Gail contacted us and Barb and I came to speak with her directly. She explained precisely what we needed to do, and what she did for us. Although our vehicle was 2 months old, to us, Carstar documented all the damage, contacted Travelers to secure the repair would be completed. When we picked our truck up, it was lightly snowing, but, Gail produced the paperwork detailing all repairs, we inspected the truck, and then paid our deductible. Not only was the truck repaired, but the interior and exterior were cleaned! We drove the truck back home, and periodically for a few days. I discovered that the horn wasn't working, and some minor damage on the roof wasn't repaired, and there was a sticky substance on the damage (it looked like the outer paint layer was knocked off, exposing the primer!), covering most of the damage area. I contacted Gail at Carstar, and she had me bring the truck today to inspect my concerns. The Carstar Technician discovered some corrosion on the ground wire of the horn, and repaired that. For the roof issue, he discovered that the sticky substance was Pine sap, that had gotten very cold, giving the paint the damaged appearance! He cleaned that off, and didn't charge us for either! I highly recommend Carstar for any vehicle repairs, and I THANK THEM for returning our truck to the condition before hitting that tree, laying across the highway!!

Disappointed overall. Carstar (and my companies adjuster) missed a dent on the passenger side fender. In addition, the truck leaked oil after I picked it up and the response from Carstar management was “well it was leaking oil on our floor”. Disappointed to say it nicely.
