When telling a customer everything that we discussed will be taken care of and then when receiving the call your vehicle is ready and oh by the way we didn't complete a part of it because warranty company didn't approve it....bad customer service to say one thing and not do it.

When telling a customer everything will be taken care of it should, when you pick up your vehicle to find out all if the work wasn't done or approved by warranty company...it should have be stated up front that the warranty company is still investigating and hasn't made a decision....poor poor customer service.

My experience with Davidson Collision was absolutely great. Their attention to detail was superb and I was updated with every step of the process as it happened. My vehicle was done in less time than anticipated. I felt very comfortable trusting them with my vehicle and to see the finished job was just wonderful. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need. 5 stars is not enough. I would give them 100 if I could.
