I am 79 years old. Had never been in a motor vehicle before this accident. I had no idea what the process would be. Much to my delight, CarStar made it so incredibly easy!! Took care of everything including the return of my rental car!!

I was kept apprised of the status or repairs; the repairs were completed within the time frame and the repairs were perfect.
