The actual work was very good and the car was very clean when we picked it up! Because we have one car, we were very inconvenienced. In retrospect, perhaps they should have taken the car in on a Monday.

Promptness was poor! They were told we had one car and would bring it in only when they were ready to do the work. They didn’t tear it down, ordered the bumper, then found a bad bracket!! ONE WEEK !!

Okay, not their fault we were unhappy. They covered the shop with excuses. If the bumper had been removed, the damaged bracket could have been ordered and all the parts ordered same time.
