We had our Subaru repaired after a horrendous deer strike. The car now looks brand new and the service from everyone at Car star was exceptional .We had frequent updates by text on the progress of the repairs and the staff was always friendly and available for phone calls with questions. Kudos to Barbara, JP, and Chris. I'm so glad STATE FARM referred us to this company.

Our experience with car star of East Hartford was excellent! not only was the workmanship good but the business is "user-friendly" they communicated progress to us by text and phone calls were always answered and returned immediately. Kudos to Barbara at the front desk, JP and Chris. Our car had a demolished front end due to a deer strike and it now looks brand new I would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone that needs accident repair work.
