My car looks brand new. The job was finished before their expected die date and there was constant communication with me. I never wondered about the status of my car and never had to call to find out. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The door lines where uneven a d all i received from the general manager was excuses so I brought my body guy over and he said there were small adjustments that needed to be made so everthing fit perfectly so I left tge car with them we will see what they do also I was subsequently to receive my parts back they broke every imblem witch was on the trunk and charged my 500 dollars for new one so at this point im totally unhappy with my choice to go with car star and will never ever bring any of my vehicles back there

When I went pick up.the car everything was misaligned and all pint was bad in spots and all I received was excuses about what they couldn't do to fix the problems

They took a pound them sales to have us sighn that they would receive the payment instead of us paying them and there was no clear communication for the rental car and them and alot of excuses about the work that was done to the vehicle
