I’m very happy my insurance company referred me to this auto repair shop. Barbara and Chris and the entire CarStar team was wonderful and informative from the very first phone call. I got my car back a week before the original scheduled day for pickup. When I got my car back it looks like nothing ever happened to my car, it was washed. I am one happy satisfied customer and I will be referring my friend and family to this shop. 20/10

The repair work is excellent. It’s perfectly blended. Difficult to tell what was repaired. I received a 10% off the total price which counts for a lot in this day and age. However, I just started noticing a few minor issues. The passenger side front interior door panel is not properly attached. There a slight popping noise when you open the passenger side front door as well. I only noticed it recently so I have not had a chance to contact you but I will soon. Thus the score of 8. Actually more like 8.75.
