First time accident and utilizing an auto body shop. CARSTAR exceeded my expectations. Chris and Barbara were fantastic. Got my truck in right away and always keep me in the loop as to progress/issues. Total time in shop was about 1 week which was awesome. Repair looks great and they even washed my truck inside and out upon returning it to me. My salty floor mats never looked so clean! Rental car place picked me up at carstar was awesome too. A++. Would highly recommend.

I was happy with my service at CARSTAR. Everything looked good and amazing. The only thing is that they did not replace my antenna back on the top of my car. I had to look for it in my car and reattach it myself. Other than that, they did great.
