I was so pleased with the excellent customer service Vanessa and her staff provided all throughout the whole process. Not only was I kept informed every step of the way, but the quality, speed and efficiency by which the work on my car was done was better than I expected. Four days ahead of schedule. I never like doing business with a company unless I can get a trusted recommendation first. We received three recommendations for front-end work on our car, and East Valley Collision was the only company that responded in a timely manner. Another reason we chose them is because they clearly support conservative American values, which is important to us. From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive, punctual, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. They provided a quick estimate and told us the repairs would likely take about a week. Vanessa, who appears to manage the office, kept us updated daily on the progress, which we really appreciated. To our surprise, they completed the repairs in just three days — well ahead of schedule. Most importantly, the quality of their work was outstanding. Our car looks fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Vanessa and everyone at East Valley Collision Bodywork Repair were courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about providing great service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision or body repair work, and I would confidently refer them to all of my friends and family.
