This team was absolutely amazing. This is by far the best customer service I have received from a car repair place ever. They came down to my level of knowledge to explain what was wrong with my car and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed better than I was even expecting. The front desk lady is genuinely so nice and helpful. Overall my experience was 10/10

Andy did a great job working with my insurance. The truck was done early. I thought it was going to be ready Saturday and it was ready Friday. The truck was washed and vacuumed out also. I thought that showed a lot of class. Thank you guys for doing a great job!!! Thanks Steven

Excellent repair on my jeep and completed before scheduled time. The staff at east valley collision was very professional and made sure that all my needs were met. They picked up my vehicle and handled my insurance company so all I had to do was pick up my vehicle when it was completed. My vehicle looks better than it did before the tree fell on it.

Not only is my car not fixed right, but they no it and still have not contacted me to get it in to fix it. Its been a month now. I have called and left a few messages for Andy to call me back and I still haven't heard from him. This was by far the worst service I have ever had and Will never use or recommended this place to nobody. EAST VALLEY COLLISION is the worst and will be doing everything in my power to let it be known that place is terrible.
