It took over 3 months to do the repairs when I was told it would take 7 to 10 days

I was told twice that the vehicle was ready, but when I got there it was not so had to come back again and again.The second time that I got there I paid the total amount expecting all repairs were ready but when I did the inspection it was not. It took another month to get my vehicle back
