They have horrible customer service. Everyone was rude and they didnât care to work with me as far as payments. When I called they answered with attitude and ended with attitude. A friend of mine referred me after she had her car repaired twice, but after this she nor I will continue with their service and we will be letting everyone we have referred to not even thinking about using Carstar. Piece of shit.
