Excellent service and repair work. Very happy. Only reason this isn’t a 10 is that I had to bring my vehicle back for further repairs and it took extra time. However, I would highly recommend this shop.

Both Timberly and Rick were fantastic to work with. They are friendly, professional, thorough, prompt. Timberly is very welcoming. Rick goes above and beyond and has the technical knowledge and expertise to share, and then all the finishing touches were extra. I really enjoyed working with both of them. Nicest people I have met.

I received VIP service at CarStar Auto Body Experts. Timberly is so friendly, I immediately liked her, and trusted her. Rick, the Technician is an expert who goes above and beyond to repair the car. He also provided a number of small courtesy services, wash the car, vacuum, and the car came back to me looking brand new without a trace of the repair work. This service is exceptional, and I would highly recommend it.
