From Day 1 they were very helpful , I must say a lady named Frida got me everything on time & I was getting updates of my car on time. Best experience I have ever had . Car was dirt clean & recovered when I got delivered, felt like it was all new.I appreciate the whole team for their hard work. Good job 👏👏

Communication was erratic and often wrong. Timely updates were not provided, and despite being told callbacks would be done, these often were not. Simple emails were unavailable and the promised timeline was not followed. I would not recommend CarStar to Statefarm or anyone.

My car was victim to a hit and run accident to the bumper. I worked with my insurance to find this repair shop, and I was very happy with the service. Replacing and painting the bumper only took a few days and when I came in to pick up my car I was ready to take her to get washed right after. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they not only made the bumper look good as new, but they did a complete detail/ car wash and she looked brand new! I didn’t have to go to the car wash! Greased up wheels, sap cleaned from the windows, totally clean! I was ecstatic. They did a fantastic job. P.S. Frida who handled all the communication was lovely as well. Thank you!
