Would've been a 10 if I was told that personal checks weren't accepted for deductibles instead I was told day of its on a wall to left of desk should be plastered on counter top where its visible or at very least make sure someone let's u know no checks accepted on day of drop off

The relatively minor repairs took 4 full weeks to complete and that is way too long. They also did not always provide updates on their progress. I was very disappointed with this.
