Carstar was awesome. The repair was top notch, they provided updates, set realistic expectations, and then exceeded them. Many areas of my life are in a rough spot right now, but Carstar represented a really great bright spot in terms of their service. I would highly recommend them.

Professional and friendly. Reception area comfortable. Great communication. I especially liked that they arranged the pick up of my rental car by the car rental company. Would definitely use them again (but hope I won’t need to!)
