The car was fixed well and promptly. The only problem was that when I dropped my rental car off and picked up my car, your office did not notify Enterprise that their car was back. They called me to question when I dropped it off. My insurance is paying for this, but if it weren't, I'd be miffed about that.

I trusted Liberty Mutual's recommendation and used an approved shop even though it was not local and the repairs are guaranteed. This was probably a mistake.

The technicians seem to be knowledgeable but the management does not appear to have a good handle regarding the repairs. When I was notified that the car was ready, I noticed a noise within 2 seconds of driving the car. It appeared as though the vehicle was not test driven before letting me know the repairs were completed.
