Everyone was very friendly, but we have a few suggestions to make the process run more smoothly. First, a reminder about dropping off the car on the assigned date. 2nd, a text or email saying that you have our car (we dropped it off the night before and never heard whether or not it was there in the morning). 3rd, an initial estimate was never provided to either myself or State Farm until I called to ask what was going on. There should definitely be better communication.

Appreciate the regular status update e-mails, car was done when promised and Mike helped have the car available for an overdue oil change while waiting for final parts to arrive - very accommodating!!
