On two occasions I kept receiving messages that my vehicle was on track for completion on the date initially scheduled; however when that date arrived I was told it wouldn't be available until several days further out on the calendar. This affects my rental and ability to plan transportation for my family and myself. I've also experienced ongoing rattles in the area that was repaired that doesn't seem to be able to get resolved. I will say that Bonnie and Alex are great, but I wonder what's going on in the repair area.

The service was impeccable. Upon picking my vehicle up, it was washed inside and out, vacuumed. The inside was polished. The service was excellent! I highly recommend them!

Alex and the Team did a great job on the repairs. Being the paint was matte there was some difficulty but the team was transparent throughout and did a factory level job. Extremely pleased with the results.

The bumper repair looks great and the employees were great. My only dissatisfaction was the outcome of the chip repair in the front of hood. I asked to have it repaired when I came in for the quote and the touch up paint went right over the rust spot without sanding it down or removing the rust. The other areas I asked for touch up I understand and they are okay, but a bit disappointed about the one rust spot on the front hood that I specifically asked to have repaired. you could see the brown rust through the paint so someone at least put a second coat over it to try to make it better.
