It has been many years since I have had the need for the services of an auto body repair shop, and this was NOT the experience I was expecting. I brought my 2025 Toyota Tundra to CarStar Fred Beans in Flemington on a referral from the dealership since my vehicle had less than 7,000 miles at the time of a rear end collision. As with most people thrse days, I am busy and they were very flexible and accommodating with the appointments for the estimate, the drop off and the pick up. I never had to wait while I was there, very prompt. Jess, Howard, Alex, and Chris were all friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions directly without referring me to another person who was working on my claim. They worked directly with my insurance and there was no need for adjusters, change-orders, or approvals. I received daily communications regarding the timeline, and the repair, which was estimated to take two weeks and was completed five days early! I have found no flaws in the workmanship, and some parts which were in the vicinity of the damage were even replaced because their functionality could be impacted down the road due to the collision. I must say, I was impressed by the entire experience. There wasn't even any paint odor in the office, or in proximity to my vehicle. And it was returned spotless inside and out (which is better than how I dropped it off). Great work, and thank you CarStar Fred Beans!
