From start to finish, the entire process was very easy, communicative, professional, and friendly. I had the entire front bumper, one of my fenders, and some hardware work done because of an accident. The work is quality, and comes with a lifetime warranty on the paint if it peels or has any other defects. I was very impressed with again, how simple tire process was for me. I was certainly them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I was initially told it would be 1 week. It was twice as long. A complete inconveinence and cost me almost 3 times the amount for the rental. When I said something after the 3rd or 4th update I was brushed off and told body work takes a long time. I travel for work and expected my car back in 1 week like I was told. Even after speaking with someone on Monday and was told ot wpuld be ready Monday morning I was told it would once again be pushed back a day. Finally I told them I dont care what needs to be done I want my car Monday. It felt like it was being pushed back and delayed on purpose. Just because of the many interactions I wouldnt recommend or get work done here again. By the way it wasn't done Monday morning like I wad told!
