Mikey the estimator was very stressed and rude on my first appointment. He said they would have my car about a week and to drop it off Dec 12. On Dec 12 he again was rude. Said I wasn’t on the schedule and he didn’t even. Have a folder for me. Wanted to reschedule. People were out sick. I said no. Surgery would keep me from driving for 2 weeks so I would just leave it. Then I received notice it wouldn’t be done until Jan 10. Nearly a month after drop off. Fred Beans purchasing the shop was a major cause of his shortness and impatience. I was able to get my car Jan 3. Later than original date , sooner than last date. My son came in with me on pickup day. Mikey had a better attitude.
