I felt very confident in their ability to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I was advise on how long it could take but in the end it was earllier than first stated. Which I was made aware of each day with text and call updates about the progress of the repairs

I don't know a company that calls you up to pick up your vehicle with unfinished work. Right when I was leaving the clerk said one thing I forgot to mention to you is your camera doesn't work the cable is on back order. Plus it was a gloomy day . When I picked up my truck and didn't have a good look at my truck until I got home. I rinsed off my the truck . Then I noticed the used plastic panels on the tailgate and then the cables on door were used. It wasn't what I expected . I just purchased this truck from an old person and it was super clean. So I'm disappointed.
