I think they did great work. The only issue was the few dollars that were lifted by someone from our homeless packs.

My experience working with Brian was excellent. I had a difficult time first with our insurance company, and then with the car rental company, and Brian was sympathetic to that. Brian also provided me with some guidance that helped me with dealing with the rental company. The only issue we had was related to some "kits" we had put together with our daughter each consisting of a dollar rubberbanded around a granola bar. We had 5 of these in the center console for handing out to homeless people. After we picked up our car, we noticed that each of the dollars had been removed. It was a very small amount of money that went missing, but it was disappointing to discover.
