I was recently involved in a hit-and-run accident where someone hit the back of my car. I was honestly nervous about taking it in for repairs because I’ve had awful experiences with auto body shops in the past. I brought my car to Carstar GSI Collision, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Ernie, the owner, personally guided me through the entire process, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The customer service was top-notch. They kept me updated at every step and went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. The repair work was excellent—my car looks just like it did before the accident. They even washed it before returning it to me, and it was ready two days earlier than expected. This shop completely changed my perspective on car repairs. I have had a fantastic experience with CarStar! I was in an accident and my car had significant damage to the passenger side. CarStar fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and were so easy to work with. Ernie is the nicest guy and incredibly helpful. They kept me informed on my vehicle's status and my car looks great! I'm very happy with my experience at CarStar and I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs in the future!

I was in tears to see the damage on Jordan XT5, but they took great care of him and I just picked him up today and he sounds and looks like nothing happened. I loved the fact that I was kept in the loop about everything that was going on with Jordan XT5 and the time and date he was ready to be picked up.
