Honestly have not had such amazing customer service in a long time. From start to finish everyone was great. Front desk ladies were both so great and helpful and Bradley kept me up informed of everything that was happening with my car. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

I would like to think these guys did there best but when I got my car back it wasn't even inspected properly so the repairs that should've been made weren't and that could've been dangerous for me

The staff there are amazing! My van's computer died @ 5PM. It was towed from Puyallup to Hi-Tech in Spanaway by 5:57. By 6, the van was in their lot. They kept me informed on the process &, gave me a great price for their work. I have been their customer for 6 years. They are the only ones I trust with my vehicle.
